Our designer translates your idea into a refined artistic composition after receiving your image. A design draft will be provided for review and you may request revisions until the final artwork is approved.
Only after your approval do we begin production, transforming the design into a handcrafted enamel pendant made uniquely for you.
Pendant size: 1.5~2 cm in diameter, 1~1.2 mm thick.
How to order
1. After completing your payment. simply follow the on-screen instruction to send us your image.
2. Once we receive your image, we will review it and reply to confirm. Design will begin after confirmation, and a draft will be sent within 72 hours.
3. You may request adjustments to the design after you receive the draft, and we will refine it until you’re fully satisfied.
4. Once the design is approved, the remaining balance will be collected.
5. Your bespoke enamel pendant will then be crafted with care and shipped within 30 business days.

Can you recreate every detail exactly?
We do our best to faithfully recreate every detail within the limits of the craft. Some subtle lines or textures may be gently simplified to ensure a clean, durable finish.
Do the colors of the pendant match my original picture?
We match colors as closely as possible.
Because pigments react during firing, slight variations may occur — this is part of the charm of handcrafted jewelry.
What materials do you use?
The pendant is available in sterling silver or 18K gold. Every design is hand-painted with care.
To maintain its long-lasting shine, please keep the piece dry and avoid excessive friction.
How long does shipping take?
We ship worldwide, and delivery times vary by country. A tracking number will be provided once your package is shipped and most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after production.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
If we are unable to reach a design that meets your expectations during the design consultation stage, you may request a refund. A design fee of $75 USD
will be deducted.
Once the design is approved and production has begun, no returns or refunds will be accepted.
