Our designer translates your idea into a refined artistic composition after receiving your image. A design draft will be provided for review and you may request revisions until the final artwork is approved.
Only after your approval do we begin production, transforming the design into a handcrafted enamel pendant made uniquely for you.
Pendant size: 1.5~2 cm in diameter, 1~1.2 mm thick. Pendant shape: Round only.
How to order
1. After completing your payment you’ll see our email address. Simply send us your order number and image.
2. Once we receive your image, we will reply by email to confirm and begin the design process.
3. Within 72 hours, our designer will create and send you a design draft for review. You may request adjustments to the design, and we will refine it until you’re fully satisfied.
4. Once approved, your bespoke enamel pendant will be crafted with care and shipped within 14 days.

Can you recreate every detail exactly?
We do our best to faithfully recreate every detail within the limits of the craft. Some subtle lines or textures may be gently simplified to ensure a clean, durable finish.
Do the colors of the pendant match my original picture?
We match colors as closely as possible.
Because pigments react during firing, slight variations may occur — this is part of the charm of handcrafted jewelry.
What materials do you use?
The pendant is available in stainless steel, with premium options in sterling silver or sterling silver with 18K gold plating.

How long does shipping take?
We ship worldwide, and delivery times vary by country. A tracking number will be provided once your package is shipped and most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after production.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
Because this is a fully customized product, returns and refunds are not available unless the item arrives damaged. In such case, please contact us as soon as possible.
